Academic writing shaped by teaching, research, and experience

Co-authored Book

Organizational Behaviour

Organizational Behaviour is an undergraduate-level textbook written to support students of commerce and management in understanding how individuals and groups behave within organisations. The book is designed with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, structured learning, and practical relevance, making it especially useful for BBA and related programmes.

As a co-author, my contribution to this book draws from classroom experience and long-term engagement with teaching organisational behaviour. The content reflects common questions, learning challenges, and practical examples that students encounter while studying the subject. The aim has been to present core concepts in a clear and accessible manner, without losing academic depth.

The book covers key areas such as individual behaviour, motivation, leadership, group dynamics, organisational culture, and change, offering students a systematic understanding of how human behaviour influences organisational effectiveness. Each topic is organised logically to support learning progression and examination preparation.

This work represents a collaborative academic effort and aligns closely with my teaching and mentoring approach, which emphasises understanding concepts in context rather than rote learning. The book is intended to serve as a reliable learning resource for students and a supportive reference for educators.

The Journey into Academic Writing

Writing has been an extension of my work as an educator and researcher. Through academic writing, I aim to support student learning, contribute to structured knowledge, and create resources that reflect classroom realities and academic rigour.

My interest in authorship emerges from years of teaching commerce and management subjects, understanding how students engage with concepts, and recognising the need for clear, accessible learning material. Writing allows me to contribute beyond the classroom by transforming teaching experience into academic resources that support both learners and educators.

The work presented on this page reflects my engagement with academic writing and collaborative scholarly efforts.

Philosophy

Teaching does not just shape careers; it shapes character, confidence, and the way people see the world.”

Teaching gives my life purpose and meaning. Every classroom interaction, every student question, and every small breakthrough reminds me why I chose this path. I believe happiness lies in sharing knowledge, guiding others, and growing alongside those we teach.
