Writing is an extension of my teaching and academic engagement. I am a co-author of the undergraduate textbook Organizational Behaviour, published by Himalaya Publishing House. The book is written to support students of commerce and management by presenting organisational behaviour concepts in a clear, structured, and accessible manner.

My contribution to this book draws from classroom experience and an understanding of student learning needs. The focus has been on explaining key concepts with clarity while maintaining academic depth, making the subject approachable and relevant for learners.

Authorship allows me to contribute beyond the classroom by creating learning resources that support students and educators alike. This page will continue to reflect my academic writing and future publications as they develop.
