Teaching

Teaching has been the foundation of my academic journey for over a decade. I work closely with undergraduate students, particularly in BBA programmes, helping them build strong conceptual understanding in commerce and management subjects while developing the confidence to apply what they learn.

My approach to teaching focuses on clarity, relevance, and engagement. I believe students learn best when concepts are explained in a structured manner and connected to real organisational and business contexts. Classroom discussions, examples, and practical perspectives form an important part of my teaching style.

Over the years, I have taught subjects including Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Organisational Behaviour. Each subject offers an opportunity to encourage critical thinking, ethical awareness, and practical understanding, preparing students not only for examinations but also for professional life.

Teaching, for me, is a continuous learning process, shaped by interaction with students and evolving academic perspectives.
